All our travel agents have extensive knowledge and understanding which they have gained through their own world travels coupled with our formal training programs. Our travel agents provide unparalleled professionalism and give you the option to visit one of our 19 stores or to meet at a place that is convenient for you.

Our Story

In early 1995, itravel was founded by two friends in a small office in Sydney Australia. At that time it operated as a tiny independent travel company that prided itself on good old fashion customer service. Over the years it started to grow, but it wasn't until 2008 when it underwent a major overhaul and created a fresh, new and exciting brand. Today itravel is one of the fastest growing independent travel franchises and host agency networks in Australia with more than 130 people nationally.

Why New Zealand? A couple of our Kiwi brokers decided to return to New Zealand but wanted to remain with the itravel family. We didn’t want to lose these professionals so we launched itravel New Zealand.
